    I am type AB, and it is recommended that I get some of my protein from soy as well. I can tell you that? if I have just soy protein two days in a row, it sets my hormones into a tailspin of misery. My thyroid messes up, my adrenals become stressed, and my estrogen levels become disproportionately high in regards to my progesterone. My doc even herbal promotes eating for blood type but highly disagrees w / Dr. D’adamo on soy ingestion, unless it’s fermented women, especially for.

    Dianem9014 – IN order to tolerate straight sugar your body has to be very healthy overall. If you have any physical complaints / issues then I’d avoid all sugar and alcohol. .     I’m type A and I’m a high school athlete and the practices are? so intense that I’m drenched with sweat. . . but i was able to eat sweet potatoes, whole wheat, and ice cream and still lose weight. . . but now since I’m done I’m trying out this diet. unfortunately, i LOVE sweet potatoes (I’ve lost weight eating them) and i love whole wheat bread :/. and i hate nuts. . . they’re great. -Sigh-this is gonna b hard

    Ramonswife-That’s an excellent question. . . Both chicken and turkey are fine for type A because they do not require the intense stomach acid (that has type 0 for red meat) to digest them. . Why do not? you make an appointment with me so we can get real specific and get you feeling great?

    My question is what about chicken and turkey? I am not type A and had to get my gallbladder taken out and could eat meat for a while. . . I can go without red meat but I love turkey and chicken. . . are those less bad? or the? same?

    real quick too. However, I may need to contact you to get some secret insight? on what you know about sugar cravings. . . sugar is like poison to me. I can not have sugar or it will literally neurologically, psychologically, harmonially F @ * & $ me up I think this is why I am addicted to juicy pineapple. So, here’s another secret for you highly carbonated people. . . . THE SUN WORKS WONDERS. . sit out in the sun and shed pounds. I literally sculpted my body while sunbathing.

    Actually its true! I’m an African American female blood type A + and just recently (this year through trial and error) discover my shedding pounds literally (without exercise) when I? started eating nothing but apples, oatmeal, spinach and pineapple omg. . . (I still cheat with pizza but the bread blows me up about 20 pounds with one bite so i limit it to one pizza per month) I’m actually full after eating alkaline fruits and leafy greens filled with juice and squash. Peanuts and seeds get me full

I’d advise eating a larger breakfast with your carbs in the morning (so you’ll burn them off throughout the day) Oats and berries is a good breakfast staple. . . and a very small evening meal with protein mostly in the form of soy chicken, fish or (type A superbeneficials). . . Any other? questions?
