The 80 10 10 Diet by Dr. Douglas Graham is another version of a diet Which excludes consumption of fats. The diet is based on the use of fresh fruits and vegetables. Such a diet combined with exercise, quickly bring the desired result. Doctor Graham claims that ideal balance of nutrients for good health – is 80% carbohydrate, 10% protein and 10% fat, hence the name of the diet.
